In the Yoga Nidra class I got from Irene she was very devoted and well prepared, with a calm voice. The result after each class was a deeper sleep at night. There is also variation between the classes; in some there was a thoughtful mix of breathing exercises included, which resulted in better oxygen levels during sports the day after. If you’re interested in having a more nourishing sleep and/or want more awareness of breathing (techniques) I can definitely recommend sessions from Irene / Rest Breathe Be.
